Hybrid Identity Protection Conference Announces 2021 Call for Presentations

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Hybrid Identity Protection (HIP) Conference today announced a call for presentations for its fourth annual conference, which will take place as a fully virtual event on Oct. 20 and Oct. 21, 2021. Hosted by Semperis, the pioneer in identity-driven cyber resilience for enterprises, sessions for the award-winning conference will focus on trends and challenges in managing identity security in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Reimagined as a digital experience, the HIP Conference shifted to a fully virtual platform in 2020, drawing more than 2,000 attendees from across the globe. Over the course of four days, the conference delivered more than 20 hours of high-quality content from the world’s leading identity and access management (IAM) experts, including several Microsoft MVPs. The 2021 conference will span two days and feature four tracks of sessions, including keynote presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities for attendees.

General topics at the 2021 HIP Conference will include:

• Securing the Hybrid Identity System: Explorations of challenges and best practices in managing hybrid identity environments.
• Identity Security Fundamentals: Guidelines for detecting and defending against established and new malicious tactics that target identity systems.
• Mitigating In-Progress Attacks: Practical guidelines for detecting and responding to evidence of malicious behavior.
• Recovering from a Cyberattack: Investigations of successful business recovery post-attack, conducting attack forensics, and lessons learned.

Presentations in a range of formats and styles will be accepted, from deep-dive practical sessions to discussions of new concepts. The conference will also feature several panel discussions.
